Mentoring

Nelson Gray acts as a mentor to a number of amitions entrepeneurs looking to grow and develop their companies.

Whereas a non exectutive director has a wide responsability for the development and governance of the company, the roll of a mentor tends to be more focused on the growth and development of the entrepeneur personally.

He has been involved in a wide range of companies, as diverse as a PCB and Biotech manufacturing, diagnostic platforms, intelligence software systems, medical devices, call centres, recruitment and a kitchen designer.
